The brief for this project was to provide models Baylie and Ruben to star in an integrated campaign between fast food brand KFC and spirits label Dead Man's Fingers Rum.
Our mandate was to leverage our talent relationships and expertise to supply models that fit the creative direction and could compellingly showcase both brands in this unique crossover collaboration. The models needed to have the right look, energy and acting skills to bring the concepts to life across photoshoot and video assets.
With a production spanning multiple locations, outfit changes and scenarios, our goal was to strategically facilitate Baylie and Ruben's participation to deliver eye-catching content that fused the brands and amplified reach through integrated promotion.
The Strategy<span data-metadata="">
Our strategy focused on optimally preparing and managing the models through the multifaceted production to achieve the creative vision.
This involved coordination with the client to align on casting, concept directions, shoot requirements and schedules across locations. We handled travel and accommodation logistics for Baylie and Ruben as well as negotiating usage rights for both brands. Onsite, our team provided support across outfits, direction, and any creative adjustments to smoothly guide the models through the different scenarios.
With a complex shoot involving two brands, our priority was ensuring an efficient process for Baylie and Ruben so they could focus on excelling in front of the camera. Our hands-on team management allowed the models to deliver their best work to be showcased across the integrated campaign.
